Division A Playoff Champions
Congratulations to Advantage Pools and Home for winning the Division A playoff championship match 0-0 (8-7 in kicks) against Limestone City FC.

Division B Playoff Champions
Congratulations to The Keg Steakhouse for winning the Division B playoff championship match 7-2 against AIC.
Sousa Ready Mix
Division M League Champions
Congratulations to Sousa Ready Mix for winning the regular season in Division M with 33 points. Sousa Ready Mix finished with an 11-0-1 record, ten points ahead of their closest rivals.
Competitive tryouts
The Kingston Clippers Soccer Club will be having competitive tryouts for men and women's teams playing in the OCSL this summer.
Women's tryouts take place at Tindall Field (on Queen's University main campus) Tuesday April 3rd at 6:30pm.
Men's tryouts take place at Richardson Stadium (on Queen's University west campus) Sunday April 8th at 4:30pm.
Spring meeting – April 26
The GKSSA spring meeting will take place on Thursday, April 26th at the Invista Centre in Hall C from 7-8:30pm. Attendance is mandatory for teams reps.
Playoff tiebreakers
As the last two rounds of the A/B indoor season are considered "playoff" matches, these games require winners. As such, the games will complete at the :53 mark, and if tied, will go directly to kicks from the mark.
- Three kicks per team, plus sudden death if required.
- All dressed players (excluding players sent-off) are eligible to participate.
- If one team has more players than the other, they shall "reduce to equate" (so that both teams have the same number of players eligible to take kicks).
- The goal used shall be the one furthest away from the bleachers.
- A coin toss shall determine which team chooses first or second kick.
When reporting scores, please include the result of kicks.
Outdoor deposit
The $500 deposit night for returning teams is set for March 22nd from 6:30-7:30 at the Gardiners Road Boston Piza. Teams returning for the 2018 outdoor season must make arrangements to drop off their deposit on or before the 22nd or face the possibility of losing their spot in the GKSSA.
Cheques only please, made out to the GKSSA. Anticipated fees will be increasing slightly over last year.
The spring meeting will take place in late April.

2017 AGM Date
The GKSSA annual general meeting will be held Monday, November 27th at 7pm at the Invista Centre in Hall C (main floor). This is the meeting room on the right hand side of the building as you enter from the main lobby.
